Public health laboratories offer the solid science needed to support informed public health decisions. As a critical element of the foundation for the public health delivery system, the national public health laboratory system is tasked with accomplishing the following core functions as part of their organizational capacity:

TCEQ Microbial Reporting Form (10525 - Lab revision) is required with the submission of drinking water samples by Public Water Systems for testing to the NET Health Regional Laboratory.  IMPORTANT: You MUST print the document in Landscape format.
