The Northeast Texas Public Health District (NET Health) is the largest grant recipient from the Susan G Komen for the Cure, Smith County Affiliate.
This is the 11th year of the NET Health “Breast Health and Screening Initiative” Program, which allows all women to have access to breast screening procedures, regardless of their ability to pay.
These services are based at the NET Health Center for Healthy Living (2815 Frankston Highway).

This project funds clinical services for breast screenings including mammograms for low-income women, at risk women, those under the age of 50, those who are unable to pay for follow up services after a mobile mammogram, or those who are symptomatic and thus not eligible for mobile services.
